Product and license

The product sold is the Simpl-Résultat Base license. It authorizes installation and use of the software on up to 3 machines, is valid for 10 years from purchase, and includes automatic updates for its duration. The software remains freely downloadable; the license unlocks the Base edition.

Price

CAD 19, one-time purchase. No tax is charged: the seller is a small supplier not registered for GST or QST. The displayed price is the total amount paid.

Payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe (secure hosted checkout page). The seller neither receives nor stores your card details. Credit cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay are accepted.

Delivery

The license key is delivered immediately after payment: shown on the confirmation page, sent by email, and accessible at any time from your account (if the purchase was linked to an account or made with the account email).

Refund policy

Refund offered on request within 14 days of purchase. Contact us by email; a refund entails revocation of the license. This policy is in addition to your legal rights.

Legal warranty

The legal warranty under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act applies and cannot be excluded. If the software has a defect we do not fix, a refund is due.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the district of Québec.
